I told you we should have followed the recipe exactly — they warned us that undercooked turkey can be dangerous. I hope Grandma got out OK.

I looked around the table. Cranberry sauce spilled from my family’s mouths like blood. Damn the Wizard Turkey. He had gotten his revenge.
